Using Track Anatomy

These terms are a draft for review before launch. By creating an account or using Track Anatomy, you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy.

Accounts

You must provide an accurate email address and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access.

Credits and plans

Plans are fixed-term purchases. Prices, credit amounts and plan lengths are shown before you buy. Credits expire when the plan ends and are not refunded. A plan bought while another plan is active starts when the current plan ends. Credit packs add credits to your active plan and expire with that plan. Plans do not renew automatically.

An analysis is charged when its report is delivered. A failed analysis does not use credits. One lyrics set is included with each analysis; further sets use the listed credit price.

Acceptable use

Only upload audio that you have the right to use. Do not use Track Anatomy for unlawful content, to violate another person's rights, to interfere with the service, or to attempt to access another person's account or data.

Your content

You keep your rights in the audio, links, text and other material you submit. You give us the permission needed to process that material and provide the service you ask for. You also keep the rights you have in reports and lyrics you create.

Results and availability

Results are provided as is. They may be incomplete or uncertain, and you should use your own judgment before relying on them. We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access.

API use

API access is subject to the limits shown for your account or API key. Keep your keys private. You are responsible for requests made with your keys.

Ending access

You may delete your account on the Account page. We may suspend or end access when these terms are broken or when needed to protect the service or other people.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Track Anatomy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss caused by content you submit. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
